Yozona

Data Security

We hold as little as possible. Account for every touch. Keep a licensed human at the gate.

The less we hold, the less is ever at risk. Defense-in-depth.

Controls in place

01

Data minimization, first

You load only the active commercial policies you choose — never your full book. The less we hold, the less is ever at risk.

02

Isolated and encrypted

Each agency's policy store is logically isolated from every other client, encrypted in transit and at rest. No shared context between agencies.

03

Every touch on the record

A full timestamped audit trail of every draft, access, and approval — yours to review at any time.

04

A licensed human at the gate

Your producer signs off on every client-facing output. Yozona never binds, quotes, or advises on coverage.

Your data stays on the core, never the web layer.

Yozona runs on a controlled, isolated processing core — that's where your policy data and every draft live, encrypted and per-tenant isolated. The web surfaces your team and requesters touch (intake forms, sign-off, dashboards) render and forward; they store nothing. Your clients' information never sits on the public web layer.

Your data never trains a model.

Every engagement runs on commercial model infrastructure with training disabled and defined, short retention — the model provider (Anthropic) is a named sub-processor under your Data Processing Agreement. No client information ever passes through a personal or consumer AI account.

Your data, on your terms.

You choose which policies are loaded and for which clients. Retention is defined and limited: per-request operational artifacts auto-purge after a request resolves, and on offboarding your entire store is deleted and confirmed in writing. We work under a Data Processing Agreement before any policy data is loaded — covering purpose limitation, sub-processors, retention, and deletion.

We make your third-party oversight easy.

Insurance agencies answer to the GLBA Safeguards Rule and the NAIC Insurance Data Security Model Law — both require you to vet and oversee any service provider that touches nonpublic information. Yozona's controls are documented to drop straight into that file, and we answer a security questionnaire cleanly. Scoped access, per-client isolation, a full audit trail, and a contract in writing — more accountability than an offshore assistant can offer.

Offload the work without offloading control.
